Uber very disappointed

Good day everyone I would like to give u my honest opinion about Uber Very disappointed Each time there is discounts there is no rides available soo then u have to book a scheduled ride wich u have to then pay full price anyways soo what is the discounts for just for the blind eye? I have tried numerous times have stayed on the app since the time I wanted to book a ride till the time I give up in like 5 hours They show a ride available on the app on discounts all good my bank card is link soo it deducts directly from my account just for it to be reversed each time and to tell me at the end there is no driver available and at the end of all to payments being made and being reversed my bank also takes charges soo what happens at the end all the money is gone

And believe me it didn't just happen once the first time this happened I just assumed it was a busy day but seems to me that this happens everytime Very disappointed in Uber Wil not use there services And believe me I never reviewe company's because it may be someone's break and milk money but seriously this is ridiculous
