Uber vehichles

I want to bring it too south Africans and UBER SA TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD attention. Yes uber sa technology pty ltd do have requirements and vehichle standards but there's a black market to upload any year or model vehichle on the app but it must be the vehichle uber requires for example Volkswagen is most common,so I buy a Volkswagen polo vivo 2010,which is obviously not required,if you upload it yourself it will be rejected by uber sa technology pty ltd but if you go to the black market,you will only pay r1500 once of and it can be uploaded to the app without documentation as required from uber and I guess uber is unaware or they heard of it and throws a blind eye because of profits and this mainly happens with ******* foreign nationals looking for jobs which Is why we have almost 90% of uber drivers in south africa being foreign nationals,it's like a network everyone knows about the black market.
