UBER USELESS

Initially the service worked fine. Recently it became absolutely UNRELIABLE. Several times I experienced that trips were accepted. However, the car didn't come at all and the expected time of arrival was just shifting forward. Due to time pressure I had to cancel the trips afterwards. Absolutely USELESS
