Uber = Useless

Had an incident with an Uber driver. Long story short you can’t get hold of anyone in connection with Uber or reporting an incident. My verdict is they are absolutely useless! and I highly recommend that considering you don’t know who this Uber driver could be, avoid using them at all costs because if something should happen you will have no recourse. Thanks for Nothing Uber!!!!
