Uber us ****ming me

On the 7th November I took a ride from Capricorn to Diep River, I paid R53... To my surprise later on that day I receive a notification from my banking app that a transaction of R450 has declined and it was an Uber transaction. Went to the Uber app and I owe R450 for the ride a took this morning.

How is it possible that a ride which is less than 30 minutes cost R503.00, I can't keep funds in my account because they keep on deducting.... I have complained on their but noone gets back to me
