UBER - Unuathorised Payment Deductions

I have sent multiple message to uber regarding a payment of R114 and multiple debits of 3 rand for missed payments. I have received no joy even though multiple messages where sent on the platform but no one seems to help. The service is very unprofessional. the agent even said that i must call my bank for these charges when it clearly shows its uber on the screenshot. The following messages will be on social media platforms.
