Uber unreliable and unsafe

I'm unsure if it's a Durban specific issue but time and time again we have had a driver accept a ride, be 4 minutes away... then 2 minutes away... then 10 minutes away and then after a 20 minute wait cancel on us leaving us stranded on the side of the road. It happened again last night leaving us no option but to drive ourselves.

We have no recourse, or way to flag this with your company as I'm sure the drives marks us as a no-show when he cancels. How is behavior like this not flagged.

Frankly - using Uber has now just become a waste of time. It is unreliable, unsafe and its clear that there is no quality control when it comes to driver application.
