Uber unreliable

From the beginning of December 2024 Uber price skyrocket and even have the nerve to expect your trip and keep you waiting for there drivers to cancel on you then you request another ride price is to high,this is a total disgrace as people are complaining for waiting half hour to be canceled on,think this must be sent to minister of transportation because Uber is ripping people of left and right and even refuse people cash trips because they don't have credit card especially the old and underprivileged,Uber is becoming unreliable
