Uber unprofessional drivers

Dear Uber management, your drivers are becoming as unprofessional as some of the Bolt drivers.. I made a complaint 2 weeks ago about one of tlyour drivers and you did nothing. Today I used your service another idiot without brains by the name of Ngoako Kelvin. He left without giving me my change for the trip, your drivers are going to ruin your brand. Take customers complaints seriously.
