Uber unfairly protecting drivers

My last trip was extremly unpleasant, as a uber driver made inappropriate remarks towa me and requested my telephone number. I tried to report the matter to uber, and found that they blocked my account protecting their driver. Trying to contact them on their number was impossible as the number does not exist as reflected on uber site, they also do not want to talk about the matter further on mail.
