Uber unfair extra Charges

I use Uber every single week as i need to get to and from work but each time my Trip Ends i am being charged extra amounts for No Reason and it keep going on for a while now and i have try to contact Uber but no luck

I understand there are times when there traffic etc but i am being charged extra for no reason at all

I feel its very unfair and Uber does nothing about it when it gets Reported
