UBER Unable to locate DRIVER

On Saturday Morning @ 02:28. form 4 7th Avenue Melville to 3 De Beer Street Braamfotien. i left my wallet and i have been unsuccessful in trying to contact the driver and UBER South Africa has been unable to contact or locate the driver . This has become a matter of safety if UBER has drivers that they cannot locate or contact then as consumers are we safe ?
