Uber *****ulent transaction

My card was *****ulently used while I was at home with my card. I sent a message to Uber, and they responded after 3 days saying my card paid for Uber One subscription (R500.00). I then asked for details of that user, whom I just sponsored a service for so that I can go to the SAPS and lay charges. I have been ignored since then by Uber, and sadly there is no contact number to speak to someone at Uber.
