UBER - #ucks you over for all your money!!!

I told the driver (called: Libert) I’ll be waiting at the gate of my Complex. I was there at 19:05 standing inside of course with the security at the gate. I waited and waited, the driver wasn’t there. So i ran back to my Unit and messaged him asking where he is. He said he’s at the gate, but there was no one there! I went back to the gate and waited again. Still no driver. Then some people entering the Complex overheard me talking to the security about my UBER and they said that there is a car outside the Complex, standing around the corner. The driver was parked, where no one standing at the gate, could see him. I walked outside and saw it was indeed an UBER. I got inside and playfully said to the driver, he’s a "mamparra" and laughed. Then he started verbally attacking me about that and said i must get out of the car and get another UBER. I said fine and that im not paying for this ride, seeing as he did not make himself known or even stepped out of his car and moved to where i could see him from the gate. I did get another UBER and i was late for a party, which was held for me. Today (5th Jan 2019) i see, that UBER not only charged me for the second UBER but for this UBER aswell, together with more unknown charges!!! You need to reverse ALL those charges (totalling R322.00) immediately. I have all my witnesses, screenshots of what i sent the driver and a voice note recording on my phone of the verbal abuse that took place with this driver. I didn’t do anything wrong and don’t appreciate being given a warning by you (UBER), when you have only heard one side of the story. Reverse those charges, otherwise i will have to take this matter to my Attorneys and UBER will carry all charges incurred with my Attorneys aswell.
