Uber uber nichts...

Just plain ***********. Before, they didn't even have a number to contact for customer problems. Now they do, but they clearly don't intend to solve any problems. I told the guy I was calling for my wife, who is out of the country and had already written and called and written. I told him that he doesn't have to confirm or reveal anything, he just has to take her telephone number (to access the account), look up the record, see how they dropped the ball, and fix it.

He couldn't grasp that if he isn't revealing anything, there is no confidentiality or security issue. Or, to give him the benefit of the doubt, he understood but felt powerless to do that simple thing. Either way, their Customer Service is useless.
