Uber ***ual harassment

On the 29th of April 2022 I requested for a ride to Sandton and on our way there with the driver, he started to make ***ual remarks and mentioned how he would ***ually handle me. It was the most uncomfortable trip and what is worse is that because of the position I was in, he forced me to take his number down to text him. He also forced me to dial his number because he "needed to have mine"

Uber called me back and to this day I have not received communication regarding my refund and regarding what the hell is going to be done.
