Uber trip ****!!!

I took a trip on Monday and the driver was not ending the trip so I logged a query with Uber support after being charged almost double the amount of the Trip till today I am being told we are dealing with the issue when they said their turnaround time is 24 hours!! I am ****ed OFF!!
