Uber trip charged to my card which was not linked to my account

Uber took a charge on my account for a trip I did not make although they could confirm that the trip was not made on my account but another account they don't come back to me when I enquiry how it is possible for another account to charge on my card if I haven't shared my details to the other account holder. I don't recognize the name neither am I near the location the Uber trip was charged. I have not shared my card details or payment method with anyone therefore the Uber charge to the incorrect account is on their side. This has caused me allot of trouble as I had to stop my card and log a ***** case with my bank due to their incorrect charge to my account which they are not willing to correct.
