Uber transactions that took place without my consent

Woke up this morning to 2 transactions that took place on the 4t of March 2021 from uber without my consent. I last used uber in 2018 but R266 was deducted by uber ,when I called they said that they cannot see it on their side and will get back to me in 24 hours.
