Uber took my money and won't talk to me

<p>Uber have debited me R2142 for a R144 ride. Now I can't get it back. Emailed Uber via its website. They asked for a screen grab if mybank statement which I sent to them twice. No response. Also no phone number on Uber site so you can't talk to a human being. Disturbing cos up to now I've had excellent service from Uber</p>
