Uber took my cash fr...

Uber took my cash from my bank account without me riding.. I contacted them and they told me it's their mistake they will refund my money with in 5 working days. it's been 3week now and my money is still not refunded they keep telling me lie that the money was refunded.. The bank can confirm Uber didn't deposit my money. Everyday when I send an email they apologize and lie they will refund my cash. But till today I'm stil waiting.
