Uber .... think again

<p>hi , I've been using Uber for a while now and it was lovely up until the uber drivers cancel the trip before reaching my location and i end up paying the trip cancelation fee. Now I'm struggling to get uber to assist me regarding my phone i left in the uber. I phoned the uber driver not 5 minutes after he dropped us off and said he was on his way meanwhile 20 minutes later i phoned again and he said he's not bringing it back and gave me a false contact number on which we were supposed to organize where he can give me my phone. The uber ride when i lost my phone wasn't on my account and now uber 24/7 support wants me to sign in before they can help me but I can't tell them it's not on my account because there is no easy way to contact Uber personally and ask for assistance and in oder to receive their assistance you have to sign up first. Uber does it's job in ofer to get you places but because of their poor emergency assistance i will think twice and so will everyone that was with me when this happened. </p>
