Uber theft

I ordered an Uber on Wed night, which was cancelled. The pick up and drop off was 5 minutes apart. The total fare would have been R26. They charged me R643 which is totally ridiculous as firstly I was not in the ride and secondly the cancelation fare on a R26 can't be R643. I have asked for reimbur*****t which they are refusing, saying somehow its my fault for not realizing what the Uber was doing. I have proof of where I was at that time and sent it to them and they are still refusing. I will not get ****** for that amount because essentially that is what has happened here.
