UBER THEFT

I had to order a uber this morning. Then when i clicked to order it took the money off my account and then the app told me afterwards that there is no rides available. My money has not returned into my account nor are they answering their phone. This is why i dont order a uber. Someone needs to come back with some information or i will cause trouble cause this is theft.
