Uber theft

I had a package collected from an Uber Courier yesterday. The package was never delivered. I have contacted the support centre on Uber’s app multiple times. They promised to get the driver to contact me. This has not happened. Every time I try to log a new complaint, they close the ticket. This package is in effect now ****** property, and I would like it returned to me as soon as possible. This is unacceptable.
