Uber Theft

On Saturday 1/12 my son’s friend organized an Uber to bring him home. My son’s new cell phone fell out of his pocket. In his haste to get the fee, he forgot his phone. My son’s friend tried to contact Andrew, the driver of a white Polo sedan CY 150830 on ********** 182, to no avail. He did not respond to any emails and eventually the trip was removed from the friend’s account. We blacklisted the phone at 16:00 on Monday and yet it was being used in the CBD on Monday at 20: 48. Not being able to contact Uber nor being able to report their driver is extremely frustrating to put it mildly.
