Uber the worst cab company

Today i got the worse service from uber i order a uber driver the app said the drive 5min away i waited after 20min later no driver i called him then the phone get drop in my ear about 5 times i then cancel my uber because its not my fault the driver dose not do his job right i get charged a R25 fee and block out the app i will never use uber again i deleted the app and i downloaded taxify the driver was the like in 5 min and it trip was about R40 cheaper also I'm going to share this around to friends and family to stop using uber worst service ever making there customers pay for the driver faults
