Uber the real ******

Uber deducted my money twice in the early hours of the morning. I requested from home to work and yes the money went out at first hand which was R90 the fare. I got to the destination, then boom another R90 off my account again, like how is it possible. Why am I been charged twice and why. I logged tickets surely about 12 tickets with screenshots to no feedback and no response. This is ridiculous merely because I am a black person. I’ll be escalating the matter to the ombudsman to also intervene. I worked hard for my money, I need my money and yes Uber is no more worth using I’d use Didi.
