Uber **** that the uber company is not willing to protect their clients from

Someone has been deducting R50 from my account randomly for unknown trips. I have alerted Uber of this **** and was disappointed with their investigation. I did not get any joy from them and I continue to lose money from my account. Even today unauthorised money was taken.
