UBER - THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>So, we ordered an Uber from Botanical Gardens on Saturday night, Firstly I checked the registration number on the and it matched the vehicle that was picking us up. The app told me the driver had arrived, I went up to him and asked him if he was Thami. He said yes. Three of us (women) got into the taxi, he proceeded to drive us approxiamtely half way there. I WATCHED him accepting another ride on his phone while I was in the front seat. He then proceeded to tell us that we had the wrong car and he had to proceed to another pick up. (I am guessing this ride offered more than the roughly R 25.00 we were being charged. We were dropped off in the middle of Durban, where quite frankly we were lucky to find a local taxi driver who drove us to our back packers. You then insist on charging me a cancellation fee????????? Seriously Uber, leaving people on the side of a road where in a place they do not live is DISGUTSTING.</p> <p>NOT IMPRESSED</p>
