Uber terrible support and no means of contact

I have been trying to get help from your terrible support platform since yesterday afternoon.

I ordered my regular trip just before 18:00 yesterday and the agreed upon fair was R71, when the driver arrived his app was doing something funny, it was saying the pickup and destination were the same location, I'm not sure how that is even possible, perhaps discuss that with your developers.

The "DRIVER" corrected the fault in "YOUR" app then we continued with our trip. About ten minutes into the trip for absolutely no apparent reason the fair was changed to more than double, from R71 to R154. To top it off the R154 was deducted from both my Uber cash and my bank account.

I am having continuous problems with Uber daily, your support system sucks, you keep just repeating the same ******* to me. There are always magical fees out of nowhere for no apparent reason and we cannot get a actual answer out of you with regards to what it's for.

Terrible service.
