UBER taxi driver in possession of jacketd

I have been sent by uber taxi group, my husband forgot his jackets in taxi , he was collected at False bay TVET college by a royal blue Chevrollet sonic, he could not get the registration of the care. Upon arrival at the airport ( Cape Town international ) he realised he forgot his jackets 3 of them in a suit cover and they were at the seat behind. He immediately called uber and he was promised that he will get them on this way back. We have been trying to call from the 26th April with no luck. Please assist
