Uber taking more money than the quoted , it's all theft Uber

Booked a ride this morning from Victoria Road in Salt River to Red. Cross hospital today20th Feb 2024. The Uber charged R59.00 from my bank acc and then later that evening they reversed the R59.00abdcharged me R80.00. This is not right. Uber is actually boarding on theft because that have access to our accounts to charge. This is not right
