UBER TAKING MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION

I used Uber more than 2 years ago and I always paid cash. Then I about a month ago I used the Uber eats app but paid for the food and delivery. Last month I noticed R50 coming off my bank account. I immediately reported it to my banks ***** division. We thought someone had used my account to book an uber. I was advised by someone that people are complaining that Uber are just deducting R50 from anyone who has a profile with Uber for a Uber one subscription which I NEVER signed up. I tried to delete my profile with Uber but then received an email to say I cant do that as I owe them money which I dont. I do not want this stupid subscription and will never use Uber or Uber eats again. If they are doing this to me chances are they are doing it to others. Surely this is *******????
