Uber taking money without authorization from clients

I requested uber pick up on the 14 June then the uber driver cancelled because he didn’t know were to drop off the item thats what he told the pick up company then uber took R128 from my bank account and R20 they only refunded my R20 said I must wait 10 days for my R128 it’s been more than 10 days and I still didn’t get my R128 back they are robbing us and taking money with no authorization from a person bank account
