Uber taking funds from my account

Uber has been the worst experience for me because it’s so crazy how they take your money without your approval. Whenever you cancel a card trip they money they take is rightfully supposed to go back into your account unless there’s a charge for the cancellation. I called my bank asking why there is money missing in my account and they went on to tell me that there is an amount of R643 that is pending and it’s Uber. I went on to my app to see the trips that I’m being charged for and the numbers don’t make sense because those trips were cancelled as shown in the app. I reached out to their support team on the app there was no response , I sent Uber a direct message on Twitter and they responded asking for my number I gave them and since then it’s been quite , I did a follow up and they ignore me still. It’s really so sickening because you hear people speak about how Uber takes money from you card but I never thought it would happen to me.
