Uber taking double payments and not refunding! Drivers are *******.

I requested a cash ride, which I paid for in cash. Uber debited my account as well, and they are refusing to refund due to my 'frequent fare adjustments', which is also an utterly false claim . I no longer have access to the driver's details to report him. I would like to know how to get the debit returned to my account?
