Uber taking advantage by driving over 60 KM's more than what I requested

I requested an Uber ride for someone else. The trip requested was about 24 KM's and a 30 mind drive. Approximately 1.5 hours later, I get a receipt for a 90 something KM ride, over R700 (and not to the destination I put down). I have logged 3 support tickets with Uber, and 3 days later, I still have no response. It is R771 taken off of my card, and they are ignoring me.
