Uber takes quick but what when you need service?

<p>Uber was for me an amazing concept and really works but not when you back account has constant amounts coming off from Uber Help and no answer or response from Uber. 3 months now, I have changed the card, deleted the profile but still the amounts go off. I am now as I write this sitting in the Cape Town Uber head office waiting to see if I can get help. 2 hours later with no help I wonder if the service offering is only to benefit Uber and not those that support it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your staff are looking at me with a mouth mouth full of teeth and no one has helped. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed, I have been on Uber help. I have pretty much done everything. My bank account is getting low and it just been taking from Uber. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
