Uber takes money without even being on the trip

I order a uber today at 10:29 and uber deducted R181 from my bank account before the driver even arrives and shortly after the driver cancelled the trip, but my money did not get reversed or paid back. I then ordered another uber at 10:30 and the same thing happened again only this time they deducted R183 from my bank account. I tried calling uber support but to no luck and nowhere on the app is there a option to write to support. I wrote an email but also got no response.

I am so not happy with uber and the way they are conducting business.
