Uber takes extra money out of your account beware of it people

Every time uber gives you a price like example they give you a price of R65 but as soon as they drop you then the pull off your account like R123 and it happens every time I don't know is it the company itself or the drivers but some where between them they rob you now they telling me they can't refund my money because it happens to much but the problem lays by them and you must just take the lost it's not right I recommend peaple to use i drive or bold rather because I never had this problem with them but uber is taking your money and blame you for it but they robbing you and it happens just with me when I pay with my bank account so I'm not gonna use it again and I promise there is alot of people that have the same experience it's not right what they doing a person work hard for this money and life is already expensive now they taking extra money out of your account every time
