Uber takes advantage of us paying with debit cards and take more money

I requested a ride on my app on the 26th of Sep 2020 from 247 Sullivan street to 16 annaboom street in Noorwyk and I confirmed my ride at R177. I was then charged twice, it was R177 and R245 debited on my card. I then made an enquiry as to why I was charged twice, what the R245 charge for? then a reversal of R177 was received back into my card and when I made an enquiry I was told that I was charged because I dropped off at Nedbank ATM which is not true. The drop off was as entered on the app which was 16 Annaboom the driver stopped at the gate and phoned me to get access into the complex. I previously made an enquiry with Uber help about this only to find that I was told that I dropped off at an ATM. The ride was actually requested for my son, and he did not drop off anywhere except for 16 annaboom. The driver might have continued with the journey and could have stopped the ride by the Nedbank ATM that i'm told about which made me pay an extra +-R80. I'm not happy with how this issue was resolved, I cannot pay extra for drivers personal trips which I did not request. Moreover when I query somebody insists that I dropped off at an ATM which is by no means not true.
