Uber take your money out bank account and money went out my account and they said it faild

After did do payment yesterday morning money whent out my bank account after 9pm received notification that it faild but money is out bank account nou they put my account on hold you cant call them you can't email the proof of payment this uber driver *****ing the money and uber don't assist at all put account on hold do not provide me with number or email so that i can sent proof of payment and money is out bank account be aware of uber
