UBER support unhelpful and rude

<p>The Uber app had a system error on Sunday when I called my Uber. It therefore never charged my account. Now since Monday Morning I have been trying to pay my dues by seeking assistance from Uber Support on the app. The people are rude and unhelpful. I was told to check with my bank settings and see if I had sufficient funds. Both of which I double checked that my settings were right. After I got pushed from pillar to post before being told my matter was resolved by a rude employee Hala. He/She was patronising and did not read what I asked them. This matter is still Unresolved and I would like to pay what I owe but it doesn't look like Uber want my money or my business!</p>
