Uber support the worst ever

I had the most terible exprience with uber, on the 19 September i left my whole man \bag in a Uber driver verhicle. I have had *****lent activity on my banking account, thanks to this very dishonest uber driver. Uber support just say the driver say there is no bag in the back of the car. please understand my ID, passport, purse, and the phone i used to order the uber was left in the verhicle. I will never ever make use of uber in south africa every again.
