Uber Support Services SUCK

On Saturday evening, after Liefde by die dam, i forgot my cellphone in the Uber's car - i reported the lost item on uber support numerous times and asked for the drivers details in order to contact him directly. Its been 24hrs and no absolutely no feedback or assistance has been received by Uber so far !
