Uber Support Poor service

So I have had quite the day today. I forgot my bag with my wallet and phone in the uber.

I tried to log into my uber account remotely with no success. I keep authenticating with the codes they send to my email and then they reject the authentication. They ask to authenticate with my bank card CVV - I enter that and it still fails.

I have raised the issue with Uber support, giving them my account details - email, phone number as well as the time and locations of my rides. I have given them the driver name, car description, registration.

I am now without my phone, my ID, my bank cards , gym card etc, house keys, remote for my gate. An overall inconvenience of note and the worst part? Uber has not even acknowledged my complaint to say they are even looking into it.

The person with my belongings has even turned my phone off my phone.
