Uber Support Cant do their Job

I requested a trip from uber from Jabulani Mall to Dobsonville on the 2 july when i had to pay the driver did not have change and my trip was r28 i paid with r100 i then asked him to credit me the change offwhich i got an email up until to date the money is not showing on my wallet i wrote to support twice and all they could say is they are still trying to find a solution, now i cant request because when i do i must pay again wherelse i have change that uber hasnt credited me so disappointed
