Uber suddenly a *******!

<p>Been waiting for the past 15mins for my ride Jack DF55SBGP when requested it said arrival in 8mins which I am still waiting for. Less than 5mins after requesting I wanted to cancel the trip to request another but app says partial fee will be charged even though the driver hasnt even completed his previous drop off. It peeves me off as yesterday the same happened. I watched the driver go in 3 diff directions while I waited more than 30mins & when I cancelled app said cancellation fee applies. This is the 3rd/4th time this has occured. I refuse to pay Uber drivers for a service not received & make them rich when they stuff up! Btw your updated sucks & experience constant issues</p>
