UBER SUCKS

Uber subscribed me on Uber eats pass which always takes 50r in my account I enquired about it and my money was apparently deposited back on my Uber account not my bank account, and now they don't want to refund me and when I ask when did I subscribe and how all I get it this.... i Jabu,
